Welcome to hypnocoffee. We are both a coffee shop and a microroastery. All coffee is roasted "in-shop" on our Diedrich IR3 roaster in front of our lucky customers. The Diedrich yields approximately five (5) pounds of coffee per roast, and each roast takes about fifteen (15) minutes to complete. Your coffee will be roasted for you once the order is placed, ensuring the freshest possible coffee comes to your door. This detail is most important in your enjoyment of our products, and is integral in your repeat business.
All prices reflect a 12 ounce amount, but we encourage you to purchase as much as possible. Thank you for visiting.
